Custom Product Satisfaction Guarantee

Lumablu is excited to create your custom boat accessory, and we will work with you during the measuring and design process. We are always ready to answer any questions and help before and during the production process to ensure a custom fit.  Lumablu will provide you with step by step measurement instructions that you will complete and return.  Your custom product will be manufactured solely using measurements that you provide. The pictured gunnel guard on this website has a 36" x 24" platform, any additions or changes will require a price quote from Lumablu.  If you have any questions during this process, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help!

Custom Products Warranty:

All Custom Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use. Your custom product will not be refunded or replaced as a result of measurements provided by you.

Returns & Exchanges:

No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced.  Any issues as described under the Warranty section above will be taken care of with any custom product we've produced.  The custom product in question may be required to be returned before repair or replacement is determined.  No shipping costs will be refunded.
